Casa Syntes – unique villa, designed by the architectural studio Dosmasuno Arquitectos in Madrid (Spain). The unusual architecture of the building sustained due to the desire of owners to exclude from its field of view of the surrounding landscape and avoid the negative impact of too bright sunlight, typical for the area.
White, reflecting the rays of the sun the color of the house is designed to protect home from the bright sun, as well as the orientation, size and location of the asymmetric windows.
Sculptural architectural composition oriented villas on lackluster traditional dwellings. However, this orientation is not expressed in the external similarity, and to loosen the “eyes” of the house from the surrounding landscape with a series of unpretentious gray buildings.
Secluded space of the house, made up of several blocks, set their own creative atmosphere, radically dissimilar in tone, given the environment of snow-white villa.
Architectural decision at home trying to create effective spaces that allow you to adapt to the climate of any of the four seasons, and lead, both a public and a more intimate way of life.
The house can be described as a topographical volume, perforated by three types of courtyards that provide living space with natural lighting and ventilation.
This new terrain, consisting of several volumes of flat-roofed, and generates a continuous terrace, which can be used for various functions. In consequence, the minimalist house will be covered with living green ivy (Ampelopsis tricuspidata), further protecting the home from the scorching sun of the local.
