Tower of Power – multifunctional skyscraper and plant of the future from Dutch architects
0Tower of Power - a futuristic project of experts from the Dutch architectural studio NL Architects, who participates in the competition Taiwan Tower Competition. 300-meter skyscraper, designed in the near future, embellish Taiwan, includes area for sightseeing and 2,000 wind turbines that generate renewable electricity.
Fantastic eco-design of the building seamlessly hides the wind turbines, artistically integrated into the outer “mesh” that forms the spectacular exterior skyscraper. Thus, the architects have shown how power can be the future of not only functional objects, but also provide aesthetic value to the topography, which will be built.
Instead of designing yet another “empty” symbolic object, the authors of Tower of Power set out to create an environmentally efficient building, which seeks to change the content of a new generation of skyscrapers and multi-functional innovation to create the appearance of future wind power generators.
The observation deck, integrated into the building, provide scenic views of the city. In the skyscraper will operate a spacious lobby, modern offices, spacious parking, exhibition halls, convention centers and even an observatory.
