Pens, pegboards, hooks, pixels — we’ve been fascinated for quite a long time by the idea of making big things from small pieces. Covering the picture in plain site. Making pointillist art with real objects.
Therefore when we see still another version of the idea, attention is paid by us.
Obviously, Stockholm-based photographer Philip Karlberg has been twirling his pens for sometime, and now all that toying has led to a photograph shoot for Plaza Magazine.
Karlberg’s six popular sunglass users were made out of 1,200 sticks and captured over six times.

We envision using something similar to this for a spectacle or sunglass manufacturer, a cinema, an optometrist company. The rich pointillist idea continues to amaze each time to us we see the ability of small elements bursting in to large impact.
