Completed construction of a building long-term Ordos museum - architectural masterpiece of the studio MAD Architects, located in the Ordos (Inner Mongolia, China). Built in the desert, the majestic domed structure can rightly be counted among the most significant objects of our planet.

An impressive amount was raised to cover the exhibits related to the cultural heritage of the region and its modern achievements. The building architecture is designed to interpret the local traditions and in harmony with the modern pattern developing city.

Objects that represent the past and present will be collected in a single space of ultra-modern facilities, plenty of lighted through large-scale fragments of glass. 

The building has an effective system of natural ventilation, installed solar panels and other progressive energy-saving system.

Facades are decorated with original structure of polished metal. Futuristic interior of the exterior contrasts with the embossed white color and smooth surfaces. Architecture and Design Museum strive to reach the feeling of grandeur of the object and, at the same time, to emphasize its proximity to the organic natural forms and lines.
