Architects, designing projects of houses, adapting to the proposed conditions and still try to create a comfortable home. Exactly such building located in Osaka Prefecture. 3-storey house is literally “squeezed” between other dwellings and “stretched” up.
Japanese architect Ninkipen! completed work on the Gandare House in Osaka Prefecture. The house, in contrast to its neighbors, has three floors because the building area is very narrow. Thereby, the architect managed to place all spaces needed for comfortable living.
On the first floor located a garage, lobby and cloakroom. The second floor has a living room with dining area and a bedroom at the top. The total area of the house is 88 square meters.
Simple facade of the house lined with steel sheets, rounded to down and form a canopy. The windows are located in the cross section, according to the requirements of local fire authorities.
