Parcel D - design developed by the American architectural studio Oppenheim Architecture + Design - integrating green terraces in the circular architecture of the apartment building, whose construction is planned in San Juan (Puerto Rico).
The unique object urged to combine inviolability of private life of inhabitants of habitation and possession possibility the personal open space connected by architects to each apartment.
Each of the 165 apartments designed for single-family residence. Copious use of vegetation creates a favorable microclimate inside and outside the house, visually blurring the concrete structure of the building and provides relative privacy of life. Large central courtyard is the heart and lungs of the object. scale pool and lush gardens, but the aesthetic value and functional load, provide air purification and natural cooling. At ground level is also located recreational infrastructure: gyms, restaurants and cafes.
