0Floating on the waves of still popular minimalist style designers continue to create simple, but very thin, delicate and elegant everyday objects, not encumbered, though interesting, but clearly more than decoration, and additional, but unnecessary features… Chairs are chairs, stylish and comfortable chairs – chairs, soft and comfortable, well and lamps – lamps, bright and light. As a new project Nata Lamp designed by Gonsalo Campos.
This table lamp once you learn the dishes – ceramic bowl. But such bowls, according to the designer, has long ceased to produce ceramics in the factory, so the table lamp called Nata Lamp, designed by them based on those most bowls, that can rightly be considered an exclusive and unusual industrial design. Incidentally, the name of the project, Nata Lamp, translated from Portuguese means it is “cream-lamp”, because “nata” this is the “cream” in Portuguese.
However, in order to become from simple lamp to a lamp-bowl it should work well. Thus, the designer added more stick to it, desk lamp that was on that lean, polished surface and covered with special coating, which made the smooth side of the former bowl into velvety and pleasant to the touch.
Long lace at the bottom and the lack of legs as such, however, makes a table lamp-bowl similar to a small chandelier or sconce. Probably because it can also be used, if hanging Nata Lamp from the ceiling or wall. Buy this lamp you can for 58 euros on the site of Gonsalo Campos.
