Nakahouse – opened minimalist aesthetics of reconstructed villa in Hollywood
0Nakahouse - a magnificent villa, located in Hollywood Hills (USA), is a second life house built back in the 60s of last century. Due to some budget and territorial limitations, the authors have kept the basis of reconstruction of the building, but gave his part to open terraces that offer spectacular panoramic views of Beechwood Canyon and Griffith Park Observatory.
The total chromatic renovated building, renovation project which was developed by experts from the architectural studio of Xten Architecture, is based on the contrast of black and white with the inclusion of bright, refreshing elements in glamorous pink color. The building architecture is harmoniously integrated into the relief area located on the hillside.
Villa wonderfully combines the perfect, strong elegance of modern minimalist aesthetics and an extraordinary openness to the surrounding landscape, the intense visual interchange which takes place both outside and inside the home.
The solid glass facades are designed to give the residents an opportunity to maximize the relaxation process of monitoring the picturesque scenery. Lack located too close to the villa homes, neighbors give the relative privacy of the personal life of the inhabitants of a semitransparent house. Anyway, so much so that not to think about it. And there, there is a need to hide away from prying eyes and too bright sunlight, the designers have provided the white curtains.
Luxury modern villa features a spacious living room, outdoor terrace, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, household and technical facilities.
