This unique and distinctive tea house, called the Black teahouse, has an amazing way to contemplation and the maximum relaxation, focusing the attention of visitors to the trivial details of interior and unusual way to process tea.
Tea House, designed by Czech studio A1Architects on the shore of a picturesque lake, located near the town of Ceska Lipa (Czech Republic). Domed ceiling of the wooden structure is decorated with a simple sisal rope, weaving pattern that develops in the direction of a gap in the roof. This small “heavenly” holes down the rope with a teapot that enter directly into the hearth – a neat hole in the floor.
The rounded walls of this building are covered with clay plaster, which integrates three vases of flowers. From two opposite sides of the house are sliding doors that can close in the event of inclement weather, or open, inviting into the surrounding countryside. When open, the doors are hidden in the walls of buildings and almost no reminder of its existence.
Facade material structure – burned larch. Beautiful landscaped garden, adjacent to the house, it becomes a natural part of the nearby pine forest, and the architecture and design of the structure should become a harmonious part of the elaborate “sets”.
According to the owners of the house, Black Teahouse – a magical place for a meeting or retreat for a cup of tea. Sliding doors and walls built in bamboo vases are direct references to traditional Japanese culture, design houses.
Spacious veranda makes it possible to admire the lake in the open air in good weather, and “green” roof with organic decking is responsible for a favorable heat balance in the room and effectively involved in the process of integration tea house in the landscape.
