Lollipop House – unique compact and cheerful home, built in Seoul (South Korea) Project of Korean architectural studio Moon Hoon for the life of one family.
The new house is not seeking to merge with its neighbors and the local traditions of construction. In contrast, a small residential construction pretend to be a landmark and the most visually dominant in its surroundings.
White-pink house is made up of multiple layers of interconnected staircase wrapped around the common internal space.
This colorful “candy” contains within itself the living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, nursery, play, and the upper level with attic.
So, how many bright and outrageous exterior of buildings, as well – with the opposite sign – calm, modest and minimalist interior of its interior, executed in single colors, materials, finishes, lines and shapes. In such a situation pastel you can relax, unwind and feel protected from the bustle of the city, feeling happy with the character of its external “secular” displays.
