Japanese minimalism and Italian elegance of small room for meditation
0To drop the mind, you need to have it. Italian architect Maurizio Burragato from the studio Biancostudio was the author of Smart minimalist interior small room located in the apartment of one of Milan’s clients.
According to the author of the project, the client was free of the specific functions of the small room of irregular shape, from which it was created and creative minimalist place for solitude, relaxation and meditation, practiced by an inhabitant of the house.
Standing out against the background perfectly white wall around the perimeter of the room slides embossed tape, made from raw, and so fragrant light wood. This perfect solution is designed to balance the spatial geometry of the room. Interrupted by a wooden structure only at the site of contact with the floor.
In a wooden “arch” integrated table and rectangular bookshelf. The logical and only possible continuation of the minimalist compositions become bed – left to the parquet floor with a bed mattress, leaving a part of the table.
All items made of wood, have a decorative covering that allows their natural flavor exudes filled space of the room, causing a pleasant images and associations. The concept of meditative environment continues to develop a few elements of decoration and ceiling lamp perfectly pure form – an allusion to the heavenly bodies.
