Bandra Ohm Residential Tower – a project of experts from the architectural studio of James Law Cybertecture, well known to us for a number of previous publications. The unique 140-meter structure, designed to decorate one of the areas of Mumbai (India).
Architecture skyscraper inspired a wave effect. The rounded contours of the structure forming a magnificent apartment complex, reminiscent of the symbol ohm (?), which in the Hindu and Vedic tradition is a sacred sound – the original mantra, its vibrations gave rise to the universe.
Flowing dynamics of the building still wavy pool and balconies with glass railings, allowing unobstructed view spectacular panorama of the city. Thus, the unique layout seemed to combine housing with infinity.
Pool becomes an extension of the apartment and the house is dissolved in the surrounding area, expanding the boundaries of the premises at the level of sensation, and the city becomes part of the interior comfortable and modern apartments.
According to the architects, wavy architecture skyscraper breaks the tradition of the formation of residential buildings, calling to reconsider the direction of future urban development. The ripple effect, as a rule, gives rise to eddy space. The construction of the skyscraper is trying to reclaim the essence of this space, forming large voids in the middle of the structure and placing them in a ultramodern club.
30-storey Bandra Ohm Residential Tower is designed to provide a luxurious setting for rest of their lives and future occupants, dipping them in a wave of comfort and a whirlwind of emotions.
