The outer side of the building, as if grown out of the mountains, gives residents and their guests a scenic panoramic views of the metropolis and the surrounding nature, transforming with the seasons.

The house includes a living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms, are located above a living green roof, designed to ensure effective heat balance of the space in any weather.

On the roof are solar panels that provide a sufficient number of home energy. The building is equipped with passive and active heating and cooling systems, battery and the tank to control the rainwater and sewage.
