German design studio JOI-Design completed work on the interior of cafe-reception of a new company Pricewaterhouse Coopers, located in Frankfurt, Germany. Visual dominant of this spacious area has a futuristic desk reception with integrated bar in it.
PwC is the world’s largest international network of companies offering professional services in consulting and auditing. Organization was formed more than 160 years ago and is one of the Big Four auditing firms.
This amazing alien island attracts visitors from the first step in the building. On one side, it functions as a reception, the other is a cafe-bar.
Made of polished glass, dynamic structure flows into a lacy pattern, symbolizing the neural network and underlines the company’s philosophy PwC, which acts as a “think tank” of consultants.
Along the lines of a cafe-bar high chairs are made of smooth snow-white skin. “Lacy” part of the system is equipped with LED lights and can change color, depending on the circumstances. During the night shift can be adjusted and the degree of light intensity.
Flexible sculptural design of the unique structure encircles a central load-bearing columns of the building, its organic lines, echoing the giant round fixtures located on the ceiling of the hall.
