Israeli studio Sfaro Architects has completed design of small flat area which was only 40 square meters. Small apartments are located in Tel Aviv, show some decisions deserve to be called innovative and to complement our collection of ideas for organizing a small space.
The continuing rise in house prices in Tel Aviv, a feat many of its inhabitants to the renewal and modernization of existing small apartments, which are likely to go forward to the prospect of temporary housing in the category of constant.
Being originally a one-room, this bright apartment is transformed into a modern home, including entrance hall, bedroom, kitchen, living room, dressing room and bathroom.
In the center of the space housing the designers found a cube, which is the focal point and focus of all the software functions, thereby dividing the apartment into four zones.
However, while retaining the possibility of the degree of rotation around the cube at 360 degrees, the authors of the project reached a spacious effect and infinite space. This illusion occurs at the level of sensation, and at the level of visual perception.
With sliding doors that disappear into the cube, the space can be changed depending on time of day and different needs of the owner, contributing to the universality of small apartment space.
Minimalist color scheme is also aimed at creating the integrity of the space, which is striving to become one, concluding a four different zones, and eliminate the visual fragmentation of the segments and specific details.
