Eco-design of cultural and entertainment center, Saint-Malo Mediatheque by French architects
0The inspiration for the project authors Saint-Malo Mediatheque - specialists of French architectural studio Serero Architects - has become a picturesque landscape of Brittany. Three unique structure located on one of the squares of the French countryside, designed to become the new cultural catalyst, activating the life of the adjoining part of the city. Here will be located library, cinema and of multi-public space.
Original “natural” architecture of cultural and entertainment center, reminiscent of wild stone island is impressive, both in daytime and at night. Day of the elements of the structure look like a monumental and sculptural in a modern way, and at nightfall into a dialogue with the city enters the lighting system and LED lighting of exterior sign of the object.
Coating adapts to the facade decoration of existing buildings, located near the center. High energy efficiency, the ability of insolation and natural ventilation to facilitate the effective thermal inertia of these versatile buildings oriented in space.
The above advantages, coupled with some other advanced systems and technologies that enable the best use of natural energy and reduces the dependence of the object from fossil fuels.
