E-Book with Braille font
0Braille – a great invention that enabled blind people regain the ability to read. There, he, however, disadvantage the translated book in the font looks quite different from baseline, conventional books. It is terrible to imagine what hardships have to carry a person who is reading “War and Peace.” Korean designers have proposed a solution: an electronic book that uses the technology of relief surface.
Yes, the very essence of braille is that blind people can touch, “read” the symbols that correspond to our ordinary letters. Therefore, a prerequisite for text written in this way is a relief. It is clear that conventional computer monitors do not have such an opportunity. But the concept proposed by the Korean Seon-Keun Park, Byung-Min Woo, Sun-Hye Woo, and Jin-Sun Park, uses a unique technology which dynamically changes the surface topography information under the influence of electromagnetic signals.
The result is a fairly compact book, easy and convenient – great for people who were unable to use conventional printed materials.
