CIP Lounge – an ultra-modern lounge area of ??the national Turkey airline
0The national Turkey airline Turkish Airlines, based in Istanbul, opened the CIP Lounge – new living room lounge area, a non-trivial design which was developed by experts from the Turkish architectural studio Autoban.
The new lounge area that can serve 2,000 people a day, took the area of ??about 3000 square meters.
The project concept has been based on creation of the separate world in a cover of the existing airport. Simple spherical partitions divide the lounge area into sections, providing a convenient and aesthetic relationship between them.
Each module has different functional tasks: rest rooms, rooms support services, restaurant and tea garden, a library and a cinema, which provide a large-scale airport visitors a wider choice of leisure in waiting for a flight.
Semi-transparent spatial organization, provides a sense of belonging to the whole, while in a separate compartment.
Black finish, framing modules, designed to accommodate electrical and mechanical systems to adjust the lighting and the degree of openness of compartments, and also serves as an expressive decorative element of contemporary aesthetics of today industrial design.
