In such a busy and bustling metropolis like New York (USA), there is always a lack of green space and the elements of nature, which is often neglected in the construction of houses and building commercial infrastructure. Tried to avoid this error, experts from the American studio Joel Sanders Architect, have developed an impressive “green” design spacious penthouse located on Broadway.
Green zone is integrated into all levels and areas of the house. According to the developers, used to create the interior of the home vegetation and ecological palette of synthetic and natural materials, cross all the rooms and apartments border guard, erasing the traditional distinction between internal and external, natural and artificial.
In creating the interior designers used recycled walnut, which contrasts with the white walls and elements of industrial space and contributes to climate warmth and comfort.
Creating the effect of garden walls, made of recycled glass, provide clear visual links between vegetation zones located in different locations of the apartment.
